CAP Management 8.6.1

The CAP Management Homeowner and Board App provides a streamlined, mobile-compatible platform for engaging with your community association. It enables users to make payments, review account details, and access community information conveniently from a single interface.

Existing users with a login for the association website can use their current email address and password to access the app. New users can register by clicking the registration button and submitting their information; upon approval, they will receive an email with a link to set their password and access their account via the app.

If you have forgotten your password, simply select the 'Forgot Password' option, enter your email address to request a reset, and follow the link in the email received to establish a new password. You can then log in using your email and new credentials.

Once authenticated, homeowners have access to key features such as:

• Switching between multiple properties easily
• Homeowner Dashboard
• Viewing association documents, directories, and photos
• Contacting the association through the Contact Us page
• Paying assessments securely via the app
• Viewing violations, adding comments, and attaching photos directly from mobile devices
• Submitting architectural review (ARC) requests with supporting images and attachments
• Accessing detailed homeowner ledger information
• Submitting and tracking work orders, with options to add comments and attach photos from a mobile device

For board members, the app offers additional functionalities such as:

• Managing board tasks
• Reviewing ARC requests
• Accessing board-related documents
• Reviewing violations
• Approving invoices
• Reviewing and managing work orders
